We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at support@animeparents.com

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at support@animeparents.com

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

We offer various shipping options, including standard, expedited, and overnight delivery. Our delivery/shipping cost is only $4.00.

Shipping Times:
Estimated delivery times vary depending on the shipping method and destination. We offer fast & express shipping for free. Estimate delivery time is (2-5 business days).

International Shipping:
We don't offer international shipping. We only ship to the US.

Order Tracking:
You can track your order by visiting our website's "Track Your Order" page and entering your order number and email address.

Undeliverable Packages:
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs.

Lost or Damaged Packages:
In the event of a lost or damaged package, please get in touch with our customer support within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Address Changes:
If you need to change the shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that address changes can be accommodated after the order is processed.
